PRIVACY POLICY FOLLOWING FROM THE NOTIFICATION DUTY ARISING FROM ARTICLE 173 AND 174 OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LAW ACT

Policy related to the use of cookies

This Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on user devices with the use of Cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services required by the User by Indusco Solution Sp. z o.o. with head office in Straszyn.

  1. Definitions

    1. Administrator - means Indusco Solution Sp. z o.o. with head office in Straszyn (83-010), ul. Spacerowa 56, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Gdańsk- Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Economic Division, under KRS number 0000586453, holding NIP number PL6040167755 and Regon number 362993756, which provides services with electronic means and sotres and gets access to information on the User’s device.

    2. Cookies - means information details, particularly small text files, saved and kept on devices used by the User to access the Service’s web pages

    3. First Party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator and related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

    4. Third Party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the Service’s webpage.

    5. Service - means the webpage or mobile application under which the Administrator runs their online service and which operates under the following domain names: induscosolution.pl and induscosolution.com.

    6. Device - means the electronic device through which the User gets access to the Service.

    7. User - means the entity to whom in line with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the law the services may be provided by electronic means or with whom an agreement to provide electronic services may be made.

  2. Types of Cookies used

    1. The Cookie files used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. It is impossible particularly in this way for any viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to get installed onto the User’s Device. The files allow us to identify the type of software used by the User and customize our Service to the individual needs of each User. Cookie files usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time period they will be stored on the device and some attributed value

    2. The Administrator uses two types of Cookie files:

      1. Session cookies: these are stored on the User Device and stay there until the specific browser session is closed. At that moment the stored information is permanently erased from the Device’s memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow for collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

      2. Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and stay there until they are erased. Closing the specific browser session or turning the Device off does not cause the cookie files to be deleted from the User’s Device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow for collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. .

    3. The User has the option to restrict or disable the cookies from accessing their Device. When enabling this option it will be possible to use our Service, except for those features which by nature require cookie files to operate.

  3. Purposes for which Cookies are used

    The Administrator uses First Party Cookies for the following purposes:

    1. Configuring the service

      1. customizing the Service’s web page content to User preferences and optimizing the use of the Service’s weg pages;

      2. recognizing the device used by the User of our Service and their location and displaying the website properly, adapting it to the User’s individual needs; ;

      3. remembering the settings selected by the User and customizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language and region the User comes from;

      4. remembering the history of displayed web pages in the service in order to recommend content;

    2. Identifying the user in the service and securing a session for the user in the service

      1. maintaining the session for the User of the Service (after logging), thanks to which the User does not need to enter the login and password over again on each web page;

      2. correct configuration of selected features in the Service, which allows in particular to verify the authenticity of the browser session;

      3. optimizing and increasing the efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator.

    3. Implementing processes necessary to obtain full functionality of the web pages

      1. adapting the content of the Service web pages to the User preferences and optimizing the use of the Service web pages. The files in particular allow for the recognition of the User’s Device basic parameters and display the website correctly, having adapted it their individual needs;

      2. proper functioning of a partner programme, enabling in particular the verification of sources from which the Users were redirected to the Service web pages.

    4. Remembering User location

      1. correct configuration of the Service’s selected features, which enables in particular to adept information to the User with regard to their location.

    5. Holding analyses and surveys and display ratings i

      1. creating anonymous statistics which help to understand how the Users of the Service use the Service web pages, which allows for improving their structure and content.

    6. Providing advertising services

      1. adapting the advertisements of third party services and products presented through the Service;

    7. Providing security and reliability of the Service.

  4. The Administrator of the service uses Third Party Cookies for the following purposes:

  5. Options to define the conditions of using and getting access to Cookies

    1. The User may change on their own and at any moment the settings connected with the Cookie files, defining the conditions under which the cookies may be stored and gain access to the User’s Device. Changing the settings which are mentioned in the previous sentence may be done by the User in the web browser settings or by configuring the service. The settings may be changed particularly in such a way as to block automatic cookies acceptance in the web browser settings or inform each time about the fact of placing cookies on the User’s device. Detailed information about the possibility and way of handling cookie files are available in the software settings (of the web browser).

    2. The User may at any time delete the cookie files with the use of available settings of the web browser they are using.

    3. Restricting the use of Cookies may impact some functions available on the Service web page.
